Been a fan of this offering from P&S for awhile. I preferred their last version of Sugar Heist which was a honey Costa Rica. This Guatemala version is very nice and sweet but weirdly not as consistent as that Costa Rica was. This brew was perfect though. Nougat sweetness, pecans, brown sugary finish and a pleasantly lighter body.
