Kind of a nothingburger. Haven’t had great luck with this method and I wonder if it’s a question of technique, not achieving the right coarseness, or if these beans aren’t roasted lightly enough. Made another cup with the same recipe for a friend at a grind setting of 7 and they were happy with it but they’re easy to please.
