It’s not bad. You can taste some notes of chocolate in there, but a lot of the deer notes like passionfruit sugarcane I find are quite muted. I’m a little disappointed in not being able to get more out of this coffee, which should be quite good.

I find this coffee to brew at a very fast rate, even on a fine grind setting by my grinder standards. I’ve introduced a nice amount of agitation once during bloom, once again for a halfway pour to total brew, and multiple swirls on the last pour.
